MadKickers Refund Policy

We offer a pricing model based on credits. Each credit grants you access to generate a 100% custom and personalized story that will belong to you. Each story creation require compute resources, therefore we cannot refund consumed credits because they have already generated a cost for us.

In order to be transparent and we allow users to create stories for free in order to try the service before even purchasing credits. We expect users to make a reasonable use of the public service and give you an accurate idea of what you will get after purchasing credits.

We do allow refund of credits not already used or after 15-days of purchasing them.
