Puff's Rainy Day

Once upon a time, high up in the sky, lived a little cloud named Puff. Puff was a fluffy, white cloud, but he felt very sad. He looked up at the rainbow, shining brightly in the sky, and sighed. "Oh, I wish I was as pretty as the rainbow," Puff whispered. "With all those colors, it's so much fun to look at!" Just then, a gentle breeze blew past Puff. "Why are you so sad, little cloud?" the breeze asked kindly. Puff told the breeze about his wish to be like the rainbow. The breeze chuckled. "But Puff, you are special in your own way! You bring the rain, which makes the flowers grow and the grass green!" Puff looked down at the world below. He saw children playing in the rain, their faces shining with joy. He saw flowers blooming in the sunshine, their petals sparkling with raindrops. Puff realized the breeze was right. He wasn't a rainbow, but he was a cloud, and that was special too! He could bring rain, which made the world happy and beautiful. From that day on, Puff was no longer sad. He loved being a cloud, bringing rain to the world below. He knew that even though he wasn't a rainbow, he had a very important job to do. And that made him very happy.
