The Secret of the Twinkling Star

Opening image for the story
Toby loved to fly! He'd soar through the clouds, his little wings flapping like a bird's. He'd zoom past the moon, tickle the stars with his toes, and giggle as he swooped down to say hello to the fluffy clouds. One night, Toby saw a tiny light twinkling in the sky. It was Luna, a little star with a bright, friendly smile. "Hello!" she called, her voice like a gentle breeze. "I've been watching you fly. You're amazing!" Toby blushed. "I'm Toby," he said, "and I love to fly!" "I love to twinkle," Luna giggled. "But I can't fly like you." Toby looked at Luna's tiny, twinkling light. "Maybe I could teach you?" he asked. Luna's eyes widened. "Really?" Toby nodded. "But it's a secret," he whispered. "Only special friends can know." Luna smiled. "I promise to keep it a secret," she whispered back. And so, Toby taught Luna how to fly. They soared through the night sky, laughing and playing. They flew past the moon, tickled the stars, and made new friends with the fluffy clouds. Toby knew that his secret was safe with Luna. And Luna knew that she had a special friend who could fly. They were both happy, and the night sky was filled with laughter and twinkling lights.
